It is assumed that when a user purchased a registered version from us then he/she was satisfied with the program's features and functionalities, and no refund/return request would be requested by the user. It is your responsibility to make sure the software fits your needs before registration. We offer fully functional evaluation versions for potential users for download.

Please note that a refund will not be given if an email is simply sent back to us telling us bluntly to "refund to my account" or "software does not work".
